The recent COVID-19 pandemic is changing workplaces across the globe. Many companies have voluntary and mandatory work from home policies in place – while others are still figuring out what the new norm is for them.

The CDC is recommending that people stay at least six feet away from one another and practice social distancing when possible. Social distancing is a practice that is used to stop or slow the spread of infectious diseases by limiting large groups of people coming together. Currently, the CDC recommends that for the next eight weeks, organizers cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 10 people or more throughout the United States.
